Already Subscribed? How to Update an Expired Card

Since PayFast stores your card securely, we don’t get notified when it expires. If your payment fails or your card is due to expire, you can:

Option 1: Update Expiry Date Manually

  • Go to Billing → Payment Methods
  • Edit your saved card and change the expiry month and year

Option 2: Add a New Card

  1. Delete your existing card under Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Go to an unpaid invoice
  3. Click “Subscribe Using PayFast” and enter new card details

Your new card will be used automatically going forward.
